Full papers will be peer-reviewed. Authors should send a PDF version
of their papers
to the web
based submission
site.
Submissions should be no more than six pages long.
The cover page should include (1) title, (2) authors and affiliation,
(3) e-mail address of
contact author, (4) an abstract describing the contributions, and (5)
body of the paper.
Selected papers will be published in a special issue of the
IEEE CCOMPUTER magazine.
